When I first moved out of home I lived in chicken and potatoes. These days we only have mashed potatoes once a month. Lady A and Mr CH love them and I can sneak in extra bone broth and ghee so they're not so bad.
The chicken was a total fluke. And everyone cleaned there plates. Lady A even ate her beans!
5 chicken tenders, bashed flat 2 tablespoons ghee 1 garlic clove, crushed 1 spring onion 1 tablespoon parsley 1/2 teaspoon raw honey 1/2 teaspoon organic seeded mustard 1 cup bone broth Tapioca starch, buckwheat flour or quinoa flour for dusting chicken Himalayan salt to taste

Once you have taken out your frustration on the chicken, season then tenders and coat them in your chosen flour.
Place your heavy based frying pan on a medium heat and melt your ghee. Now place your prepared chicken tenders in the pan and fry until golden on each side. Remove the chicken fronm the pan and place aside. Now add your garlic and spring onions and a little more ghee and fry until fragrant. Add all of your other ingredients and cook, scraping the bottom of the pan to get any flavour off teh bottom. Once the sauce is warm and slightly thickened, add yoru chicken back to warm through and coat.
