Lady a loves anything cheesey, but like me, dairy doesn't love her back. Last night we had baked potatoes with the bolognase she and Mr CH made and I thought I would make a little cheese sauce as a treat.
It was a huge hit. She even asked for it on her breakfast this morning. I'm thinking it would be a great substitute for a bèchamale sauce. Cheeze Sauce Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup nut milk (I used almond, but cashew would be nice)
2 tablespoons nutritional yeas
