Fig, Tahini and Honey Porridge
This is a super easy, quick and nourishing warm breakfast for a cool morning. I don't eat oats much as even the wheat free versions upset me if I eat everyday. It's because even in contaminated oats do contain a certain kind of gluten, avenin, that can upset your digestive system in large amounts. But once in a while it's ok. Oats are quite high in manganese, phosphorus and copper. The addition of tahini gives you a calcium boost too.
