Ingredients 1 frozen banana 2/3 cup of ice 2/3 cup of almond milk 1/3 cup toasted hazelnuts 1/3 cup shredded coconut 7 dates 3 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons raw cacao 2 tablespoons collagen (great lakes green can) 1 tablespoon maca 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Thermomix or high speed blender
Make Me Up Pop everything into your high power blender or thermomix and blitz speed 10 for 8 min or until smooth. Then serve in a bowl and top with some of these: Frozen berries (I've got spray free strawberries) Buckinis Chia seeds Mint Crushed nuts - hazelnuts, almonds Dedicated coconut Cacao nibs
